appraisals. Mike Milner is an Appraiser for the Department of Veteran
Affairs and Federal Housing Authority. Our appraisals provide

Chuck Bratton IFA, GRI
Chuck is a State Certified Residential Real Estate
Appraiser. He has an Associate in Applied Arts degree, is a Real Estate
Broker and has been a Property Manager.
Chuck is a Designated FHA Appraiser and
a Certified Appraisal Reviewer. He is actively engaged in many local
professional associations including, National Association of Independent Fee
Appraisers, Arlington Board of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists,
Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors,
National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and Texas
Association of Realtors.

Aaron Gilmore is a licensed appraiser and has worked
with Mike Milner Real Estate Services for over ten years. Aaron has been a
fireman in Parker County for twelve years. Given his length of service to
our community and his standards for quality and dependability, you couldn’t
find a better appraiser in this area. Aaron is a family man boasting his
pride for his four wonderful kids and an awesome wife.

Terri Stokes
Terri is a Real Estate Appraiser with family roots in
Parker County that go back over 150 years. Having spent time
throughout the Metroplex, she is familiar with, and has done appraisals
throughout North Texas.
After graduating from Weatherford High School and Weatherford College, Terri
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience from Middle Tennessee
State University.
She remained on the Dean's List at each school, was
in the Honor Societies Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi and earned academic
awards including the award for Outstanding Science Student. Terri has
been asked to present at national conferences, write articles, and has
continued to earn awards in various realms, bringing the same
commitment to excellence to everything which she endeavors.
She remains involved in her community, having performed hundreds of hours of
volunteer service.
