Jan has extensive
experience having started working in real estate for Coldwell Banker in 1993
in Lubbock Texas. While working for Coldwell Banker, she received
comprehensive, thorough training which she attributes to her ultimate
success as a high producing realtor. In 1994, Jan was honored with the
Coldwell Banker Diamond Award for having the highest sales volume for a
rookie realtor.
In 1997, Jan went to work for William Rigg Realtors and was employed there
until 2006 when her stellar performance won her the recognition of Remax,
who hired her as the Remax Central manager in Aledo, TX. Jan joined Mike
Milner Real Estate Services with over 15 year’s Real Estate Agent
experience.
Jan is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and a graduate of the Texas
Association of Realtors Institute (GRI). She specializes in
representing both buyers and sellers and works according to a lifetime creed
of integrity, responsibility and loyalty. Jan is a Christian wife and mother
of three, and a proud grandmother of eleven beautiful and perfect
grandchildren.

Linda Copeland Gilbert
Linda Copeland Gilbert is great granddaughter of early Parker County settler
Tom Copeland. Graduated Weatherford High School and attended
Weatherford College. Linda was a local banker for 22 years before
entering into the Real Estate field in 1988. In 2001, she became a
Mortgage Loan Officer, thus being able to assist her customers in locating a
new home and financing it as well.
Linda has two grown children living in Parker County as well as 4
grandchildren. She has been active in many clubs and organizations
including Lions Club, Weatherford Friends of the National Vietnam War
Museum, Weatherford Little League, Weatherford Pee Wee Football Cheerleaders
and a Lifetime member of the
Weatherford Art Association.

Antoinette is an administrative assistant and has been in the Residential Real Estate Property Management and Multi Family business for ten years. She worked for several Investors and Property Firms in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that she was a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing business in Parker County as well as Tarrant County for several brokerage firms. She has lived in Parker County since 1988 and owns a Bed and Breakfast in Weatherford, Texas. She has two grown children in college and loves to travel.
